In wildlife crossing areas, Multiwarn Wildlife Protectors need to be installed along the sides of the road in a continuous stretch without gaps. This is necessary to ensure maximum and, above all, sustained effectiveness.
The Multiwarn Wildlife Protector must be mounted in the upper section of the roadside guide post. This is done to ensure good visibility to wildlife, especially in areas of high-growth roadside vegetation.
Temporarily secure the Multiwarn Wildlife Protector to the post. We recommend using a rubber sealing ring such as those used on canning jars. The rubber ring allows for simple positioning of the device and easy insertion of the screws.
If you are using wildlife repellent, you can place it on the enclosed sponge using the gap between the Multiwarn Wildlife Protector and the roadside guide post.
